Speaking engagements by Dr. Zahra are based on her qualitative research on leadership mindfulness practices, where she interviewed 61 leaders across six countries to understand how they leverage mindfulness practice in their daily work and personal lives. The research findings report the benefits of mindfulness practiced by leaders and how it facilitated the navigation of complex issues.
